One person builds these apps, and that same person answers your email. No ticket system, no bot.
Bugs, feature requests, refunds, or anything that isn't working — write to me directly.
A bug gets fixed much faster when I can reproduce it. If you can, tell me:
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by me, so they're cancelled in your device settings: open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the current period ends.
Refunds also go through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account. I can't issue refunds myself, but if something is genuinely broken, email me — I'd rather fix it.
Open the app's store or settings screen and look for Restore Purchases. That re-checks your purchase history with Apple. If it still doesn't appear, email me with the date of purchase and I'll sort it out.
These apps store data on your device rather than on a server, which keeps your information private but means deleting an app also deletes its data. For Jobsheet, turning on iCloud backup protects against this. If you still have the app installed and something has vanished, email me before deleting it — that's usually recoverable.
Not right now. Everything is built for iPhone and iPad. If enough people ask about a particular app, that changes the math — so it's worth asking.
Yes, and please do. A good chunk of what's in these apps started as somebody's email.
