Privacy Policy

Covers all seven apps published by David Long on the App Store.

Effective September 6, 2026

The short version: six of these seven apps collect nothing at all. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking in any of them. Your data stays on your device unless you deliberately turn on a backup or sync option that sends it somewhere you own.

App by app

Each app's declaration below matches what is published on its App Store listing.

AppWhat is collected
Toon TycoonNothing
Neon IslesNothing
Word DropNothing
Theme WorldsA randomly generated user ID, not linked to your identity
JobsheetNothing
Bill ManagerNothing
KeyGuideNothing

What "nothing" means

For the six apps listed as collecting nothing, all of the following are true:

  • There is no account to create and no sign-in.
  • No personal information is requested, transmitted, or stored on any server run by me.
  • There are no advertisements and no advertising networks.
  • There are no analytics or crash-reporting services collecting your usage.
  • Nothing you do in the app is used to track you across other apps or websites.

Everything the app remembers — your progress, saved items, records, settings — is stored on your device and goes away when you delete the app.

Theme Worlds and the user ID

Theme Worlds has friend leaderboards and invite rewards, and those features need a way to tell one player from another. To do that the app uses a randomly generated user ID.

That ID is not your name, your email, your phone number, or your Apple Account. It is not linked to your identity, it is not sold or shared with advertisers, and it is not used to track you outside the app. It exists so the leaderboard knows which score is yours.

Backups and sync you choose to turn on

Two of the tools can copy your data off the device — but only to somewhere you own, and only if you switch it on.

Jobsheet

iCloud backup is optional and off unless you enable it. When enabled, your records are copied to your own iCloud account, governed by Apple's privacy policy. I have no access to your iCloud and cannot see anything in it.

Bill Manager

Sync is optional and off unless you enable it. It runs through a private bridge that you set up and control. Your data does not pass through any server operated by me.

Purchases

Several apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payments are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. I never see your payment details, card numbers, or billing address — Apple reports only anonymous, aggregate sales figures to me.

To manage or cancel a subscription, open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

Apple services

Some apps use features Apple provides — Game Center leaderboards, iCloud, and on-device Apple Intelligence for Jobsheet's voice-to-invoice. When you use those features, Apple's own privacy policy governs that data. Apple Intelligence processing for these features happens on your device.

Children

These apps are rated 4+ and 9+ and are suitable for children. Because the apps collect no personal information, there is nothing collected from a child either. No child's data is knowingly gathered, stored, or shared.

Other companies

I do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone, because I do not have it. There are no third-party SDKs, ad networks, data brokers, or analytics vendors in these apps.

Your rights

Deleting an app deletes everything it stored on your device. If you have enabled iCloud backup for Jobsheet, you can remove that data from your iCloud storage settings.

If you live in California, the EU, the UK, or anywhere with data-protection rights, those rights apply — but in practice there is no personal data of yours for me to access, correct, export, or delete. If you believe otherwise, email me and I will look into it.

Changes

If an app's data practices ever change, this page is updated and the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
